📍Using Old Ways To Solve Tomorrow's Problems?!

Having worked on transformation programs across the globe, from major markets to mission-led organisations, I've seen the tide shifting.

Today, three realities are becoming impossible to ignore:

1️⃣ New technologies (like AI) are becoming part of the change equation

2️⃣ Transformations need to be faster, sharper, and outcome-driven.

3️⃣ With rising costs and scrutiny, transformation and change must deliver real competitive advantage, not just activity.

Yet here’s the catch:

❗Despite these shifts, we still run transformations like they’re projects.

❗Change is still viewed as an add-on to delivery.

Tools and templates get more attention than thinking and influence.

❗Leaders, brilliant, committed ones, are often stuck solving tomorrow’s problems with yesterday’s playbook.

This is the real gap.

The future calls for something different:

✅ A multidisciplinary, integrated approach to transformation

✅ The ability to lead and deliver change faster and better

✅ A shift from reactive to influential leadership

✅Sharper thinking, bolder articulation, and elevated presence

✅And most importantly... asking: What am I not seeing? and holding a mirror up to your thinking
