Dr. Jess Tayel is a globally recognised strategy execution, change, and transformation leader with over 25 years of experience shaping, leading, and delivering change across 15+ countries and 5 continents.

She has held multiple C-level roles, including Chief Transformation Officer, where she led programs worth billions in budget that positively shifted the trajectory of organisations’ futures.
